Paragon Fleet Controller enables transport managers to see in real time how their delivery schedules are progressing, and after the event how their fleet performed against the plan. By combining vehicle tracking with transport optimisation and fleet management, Fleet Controller gives immediate visibility of fleet activity in relation to planned schedules. This provides early warning of expected late deliveries or deviations from planned routes; live ETA updates provided as automatic text messages, emails and web page updates; exception reports highlighting excess mileage, stops made out of sequence and delays at customer sites; and a range of automatic "plan versus actual" KPI reports – at depot, driver, vehicle, or customer level – providing overall visibility of customer service and fleet performance. Fleet Controller can be provided complete with Navman Wireless vehicle tracking, and interfaces to other leading tracking providers are also available.
